Sweet Sense is formulated to replace sugars and Sugar Alcohols (polyols) currently used in many food applications. Sweet Sense can also replace artificial, high intensity, non-nutritive sweeteners such as sucralose, aspartame, saccharin, and acesulfame potassium, while at the same time, improving taste, functionality, and product texture. It may double as a fat replacer giving added richness to low fat foods with fewer calories.

Sweet Sense can be used as a coating for cereals or used in extruded cereals, nutrition bars and shakes, beverages, bakery products, dairy, yogurt, ice cream, chocolate confections, candy, gum, or anywhere else sugar is used.
